Jimmy Hutton
How would you like to feel?
Are you feeling anxious or experiencing unwanted thoughts and feelings?
Perhaps you’re acting in ways that don’t feel like the real you.
Or simply like there’s something holding you back in your life.
I can help you connect with your inner wellness and how you want to feel.
95% of our brain activity is unconscious. This is a good thing because otherwise even the most mundane tasks like brushing your teeth would pose their challenges. And yet, this means we are very rarely in complete control.
It also means that our unconscious is the best place to start when reframing and updating negative thought patterns.
Our unconscious is prone to mistakes, usually learned because of a moment of pain or struggle in the past (particularly during childhood). The emotions linked to these moments continue to feel alive, slowly building a more twisted version of how we see ourselves.
How we interpret these moments and the meaning we assign to them
is so often the route cause of our unwanted behaviour.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy works by updating the unconscious mind’s mistakes with a better version of reality.
By identifying my destructive thought patterns and reframing my perceptions of myself, I as able to regain my happiness, break free from my addictions and feel a better sense of connection to others.
